Default Incendiary arrow build.

I've been messing around with a [skill]incendiary arrows[/skill] build.

I want the burning to stay applied, and I need skills with a fast recharge.

I was going to use [skill]needling shot[/skill] but I have trouble keeping the preparation up when getting my foe to >50% health.

[wiki]Serpent's Quickness[/wiki]? Should be able to keep it going for 30-40 seconds. If you want it longer you'll need [wiki]Quickening Zephyr[/wiki] as well

For the duration of SQ, you'll be having a shorter recharge on incendiary than it's duration. You'll therefore be able to maintain IA until SQ runs out +18 or so seconds

Here's an interesting Bar you might consider for an IA build. Burning + poison + bleeding is ftw.

[skill]serpent's quickness[/skill][skill]incendiary arrows[/skill][skill]zojun's shot[/skill][skill]savage shot[/skill][skill]sloth hunter's shot[/skill][skill]poison tip signet[/skill][skill]screaming shot[/skill][skill]troll unguent[/skill]

Degen is capped at -10 so burning and poison is enough in most cases.

[skill]burning arrow[/skill][skill]Apply Poison[/skill]

Ofcourse if you like incendiary go for it, just bare in mind that degen is capped at -10 so if an enemy is not under some regen enchantment you are wasting your skills.

And [skill]distracting shot[/skill] + [skill]savage shot[/skill] is more realiable than Incendiary as it comes to interrupting.

Just run BA and Apply
If you need to interrupt, run Magebane or BHA
Devoting two skills to make your elite work at all is not really good.

Use that Dwarf skill, Dwarven Stability along with SQ, persuming your Delver rank is high enough to keep SQ up at all times you will be able to maintain Incendiary Arrows with no trouble at all.

Neat skill. Need rank 3 and WS @ 16 to keep SQ and IA up. But actually you could live with SQ gaps while IA is up, and it might be maintainable with a lower rank.

take a hero with [skill]practiced stance[/skill] and [skill]apply poison[/skill] to add more degen
and take [skill]arcane mimicry[/skill] on your bar ;p

you only get about 10-15secs of down time on IA a minute if you time it right

Regen is something I often encounter when fighting mobs. That's why I stack conditions in case of removal/regen/etc.

I agree though, there are better ways to run an inturupt build that burns and poisons.

You know I've been trying something similar to this on my ranger. I also added [skill]Earthen Shackles[/skill] so you have a constant 90% speed reduction, interrupting arrows, and poison from the signet. I'm still kind of testing it out but it works pretty good as of now.

Oh and I dont think you need to have fast recharging skills to keep burning applied. It say your arrows cause burning so it shouldn't matter whether or not they are skills.

Speeding up recharge is to be able to maintain Incendiary Arrows at al times.
